Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailboxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
